So here's my latest work. I thought it'd take forever, but shockingly took only a few days  No tablet as always! Just my hands, my mouse, and a lot of tea and patience. Anyways, the details: Lara and the wolf creature were both drawn by hand and coloured in Photoshop CS3. The background was created from scratch using Photoshop. I took a lot of time messing around with the smallest of details, for example the wolf drooling, grass growing out of the cracks, etc. Well, I couldn't be happier with the way this turned out. HELP!!
It looks very good. Attention to details is overwhelming, although there are couple of things that you need to focus on more. Firstly, what really bothers is that the whole picture looks 2D. Lara stands out like she's a 2d object in a semi 3D background. Somehow, she is too light (as in dark-light terms) to fit in the picture completley. Also there are no substantial shadows on her body...
